Our ancient olive trees have been tended by generations of farmers at Finca el Cabezo. The finca’s own olive oil, produced from the manzanilla cacereña olive, perfectly showcases this characteristics of this unique local variety: both smooth and intensely fruity, it’s packed with subtle flavours of apple, freshly cut grass, and green banana. Our olives are harvested when perfectly ripe and processed within 24 hours of picking. The result is one of Spain’s most delicious olive oils.
